Responsive web forms on any device
Forms automatically adapt to desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Your staff can fill out documents in the office, and your customers can do so on the go. FormStation runs in the browser: no installation or plug-ins required.
Rule-based input validation
Inputs are checked during processing using validation rules defined in the template design. Mandatory fields, value ranges, and technical dependencies are highlighted. Documents can only be processed further once all defined checks have been fulfilled.
Seamless integration into existing systems
The FormStation fits seamlessly into portals and existing specialist applications. The FormStation allows controlled editing of texts and fields, takes care of field validations, etc. and returns the modified document upon request from the embedding system. The user sees FormStation as part of the specialized process.
Insert blocks from the library
During processing, administrators access a central module library. Text blocks, legal passages, or standard formulations are dragged and dropped into the document. The modules are centrally maintained, versioned, and CI-compliant, individual adjustments remain possible.
Show and hide content dynamically
Users can show or hide predefined document sections using switches. The form logic only shows those modules that are relevant in the respective context. This reduces complexity for the user and prevents errors caused by superfluous input fields.
Save forms and continue editing later
Online forms can be saved at any time and edited later. Users don't have to complete complex requests in one session. Data that has already been entered is retained and is available again when the form is reopened.
