The ResourceManager delivers content to INVARISDesigner for template creation. That INVARIS ContentRepository supplements it with language variants and translations. INVARIS FormStation accesses this content for interactive editing. INVARIS DCS uses resources for automated document production. A system that is fully networked.
Staging environments
Resources pass through separate environments for development, testing, and production. Each stage has its own permissions and approval processes. This ensures that only tested components go live, in a controlled and traceable manner.
Smart search
Find components in seconds,even in extensive resource libraries. The full-text search not only searches content, but also XML paths, parser expressions, and field names. You can immediately see which templates use a specific module and can evaluate the effects of changes before approval.
Multi-client capability
Manage resources for multiple clients in an installation, such as subsidiaries or customer organizations. Each client works in its own area with separate permissions. The central infrastructure remains uniform, content and access rights are clearly separated.
