JobManager processes large volumes of documents completely automatically. Bank statements, reminders, and mass mailings are created without manual intervention. The system sorts documents by postal code, bundles them into shipments, and transfers print-ready data to external service providers. Your IT department no longer needs to intervene.
Intelligent shipment optimization
The module automatically bundles documents into optimized shipments. Multiple letters to the same recipient can be consolidated to reduce individual mailings. Depending on the configuration, the logic can take priorities, shipping methods, and deadlines into account. Postage classes can be defined so that shipments are optimized accordingly.
Print control and inserts
The JobManager prepares print data for further processing. Control elements and metadata for enveloping and franking are added and handed over to external service providers who handle the physical processing.
Central monitoring and control
All document processes are monitored centrally. You can see the current status of every document and job, and identify early on whether processes have been completed or require attention. Status feedback from print preparation, external enveloping, and portals is captured and displayed in a central view.
Time- and event-driven execution
Output jobs are triggered on a time-scheduled basis, such as during nightly batch runs, or on an event-driven basis by external systems, e.g., via a REST interface. Sample-based approvals enable quality control before mass production. Processing then continues automatically according to defined rules.
